Distribution on humanity sector is aimed to push basic need fulfillment for poor people in order to improve their quality of life.

Beneficiaries
In social and humanity sectors YDSF has contributed in:
- Giving medical service for 177.192 patients in 15 Social Medical Service (13 SMS in Surabaya, 1 SMS in Malang, and 1 SMS in Sidoarjo)
- Nutritious intervention for 4.426 villagers through Mobile Medical Service (MMS)
- Fostering 60 veterinary farmer families in 22 spots in East Java
- Assisting 1500 families and fostering 304 families of poor urban citizen in 5 spots in Surabaya
- Helping and rescuing more than 58.943 disaster victims (tsunami Aceh, Jogjakarta earthquake, flood in Jember, Jakarta, Bojonegoro, and other locations of disaster)
